There is no need to put your clients or employees at risk any longer to a broken valve on a compressed gas bottle when it falls from a height. We have developed manufacturing processes for welding and casting that will provide you with exactly the guard and protection you need.
Our guards are designed and tested to meet the drop test requirements for a 300 Bar cylinder per European Standard EN962 : 1996. That is to drop when attached to a 136 Kilogram Cylinder from 1.2 meters at a 30° angle onto a 10mm steel plate. Deformation is minimal and the valve remains untouched.
